both my Spondon FZR and early RG500 swingarms used TLA2516z roller bearings in them (4 off), which I'm pretty sure were a standard size for spondon swingarms (25 x 32 x 16) They had four bushes in them, 2 off at 20 x 25 x16 and 2 off at 20 x 25 x 27, one of each in each side. I'll try and find the sizes for the thrust washers and post them in this thread. Unfortunately the cups that the thrust washers run in are spondon specials, made in various thicknesses so if you need those you'd have to have them made by someone. Hope this is helpful!
helpful info, and corect about the cups each frame could have a diferant configuration, the last job spondon did for me was sort my swinging arm out in this area. There was still a box of the spacers in various sizes, in december 2012.
mike: Just bought a TZ350 spondon , I am looking to road register it but to get a 1976 plate i need to date it . Does anyone know whohas the spondon records of Vin Numbers and year of manufacture ??
