Back again. got nowhere with the spondon since I sent it out to be rewired and sprayed. a year later no progress.

Good things though. shed sorted, bandit sorted. efe nearly there

Hello all again!

Spondon is a coax frame aluminium trellis with a gpz1260, injection currently (going rs 38) with zzr 1100 running gear and harris fairing and P&M seat. It will have the full fairing on it when it is done mind. Total spend £1449 so far on the bike and bits. Costs are creeping eh..........

Carb rubbers to suit rs38's £40

Spondon will look cool when it's done, very 'Mad Max'! Your bandit is a nice job as well, you don't really see that kind of thing done to bandits, it looks bloody great!

I wouldent paint that well i would matt black it and lash some dust on for good measure while its wet....proper hardcore.

crusty: Hi Lads I'v got a frame here that I'd like to get some info on it's a steel cradle frame that was built in 1979 I believe, the frame number is SPE/750F1/16 which is stamped on a small plate brazed on to one of the tubes close to the headstock. Thanks Mike. Aug 7, 2021 22:30:47 GMT
